Cardiovascular systemCalves- Set your position
Choose a clear non-slip space and begin with small steps or hops.
- Make the movement
For rope skipping turn with your wrists and hop low; for jumping jacks move feet apart and together while raising arms. Land softly.
- Breathe and control the pace
Start easy and increase gradually. Learn a smooth movement before adding speed or resistance.
Watch out forDo not land on stiff knees; stepping without jumping is easier.
Understanding the loadKilograms are not the main measure here. Track time, distance or repetitions as planned; choose resistance and range you can control.
For your first use, ask staff to show you the machine settings and safety release. Stop for sharp pain. This basic guide is awaiting professional review.
